Lea Michele vs. Naya Rivera! It's the SAG Awards Red Carpet Pose-Off

It's a battle of the Glee gals!
Lea Michele and Naya Rivera are bringing some silvery smolder to the 2012 SAG Awards red carpet. Lea vamps it up in a high-slit Versace gown while Naya rocks out in a Naeem Khan frock, Neil Lane jewels and Louboutin pumps.
So which lovely lady gets your vote?
I love both dresses but my vote goes to Lea Michele Versace gown.

Who Was Best Dressed at the SAG Awards?

Hot damn, Hollywood's A-list stars from both the big and small screen dazzled at the SAG Awards!
Big winner of the night Emma Stone—who took home the Best Ensemble Cast award along with her costars in The Help—also won our hearts in her adorable Alexander McQueen tea-length frock, heels and clutch. Usually this star does avante-garde, high-fashion, but we're definitely not complaining about her glammed-up and girlie turn.
Glee starlet Lea Michele worked the diva 'tude in her figure-flattering Versace gown with the uber-high thigh slit! Meanwhile, her costar Dianne Agron looked effortlessly pretty and sweet in a standout fuchsia Carolina Herrera dress with pretty ruffles and a loose braided updo.
Presenter Zoe Saldana brought her chic style to the red carpet in this shimmery white Givenchy Haute Couture gown. The sparkly neckline and sleeves totally dazzled when she was onstage.
And finally, SAG Awards arm candy Emily Blunt (with her cute hubby John Krasinski) and Ashlee Simpson (Vincent Piazza's plus-one) rocked the red carpet in brilliant green and black gowns, respectively. These babes weren't content to just be wallflowers next to their significant others—love it!

Kristen Stewart Goes Glam for Vanity Fair Shoot—Check Out the Exclusive Photo!

Kristen Stewart Splash News
Sacre bleu! Kristen Stewart looks fab-u-lous!
The Twilight star just jetted off to Paris but doesn't seem to be suffering from any jet lag. Instead, K.Stew got all dolled up in a designer couture and frolicked with some very high fashion horses.
A magazine shoot—and not just any magazine but the very chic Vanity Fair.
Rockin' a feather-adorned blue dress and an exotic hat that would leave any maiden at the Royal Wedding green with envy, Kristen served up her best cover girl poses while shooting with Mario Testino in a Parisian park.
Couldn't you just die and go to fashion heaven imagining the spread that's gonna result from this shoot?!
And we hope it's just the beginning of K.Stew's tour-de-fashion mag, seeing as the box office babe has a handful of flicks to promote this year (such as Breaking Dawn Part 2 and Snow White and the Huntsman, and eventually On The Road).

Best Beauty from the 2012 SAG Awards

Twinkle, twinkle shining stars! With spring just around the corner it looks like A-listers got the minimal makeup memo. From Michelle Williams' dewy complexion to Rose Byrne's fabulous new bob, here are top beauty picks from the 2012 Screen Actors Guild Awards.

Complexion perfection! Michelle's flawless, glowing skin looked radiant next to her strawberry blonde pixie. Her glossy rosebud lips and cheeks paired perfectly with her delicate lace Valentino dress.

After rocking an edgy smoky eye at this year's Golden Globes, the Cover Girl spokesmodel softened her look with an elegant updo and punchy pink lip color.

Hair today, gone tomorrow! Rose debuted a chic new bob on the red carpet. Keeping the focus on her fresh structured 'do, the Bridesmaids actress sported natural makeup.

Few celebs can pull of barely-there makeup quite like Zoe. Her slightly smudged eyeliner and glistening lip gloss were the perfect finishing touches to her clean and simple vibe. A loose, tousled updo added a dash of romance to her look.

Pump up the volume! The Glee star flaunted big, luminous locks and a sexy silver Versace gown that featured a sky high slit.

The Secret To Year-Round Dewy Skin

Dry skin and a dull complexion can make you feel like a scaly dragon in the wintertime. Harsh conditions make it hard to maintain the luminous, dewy skin that we associate with a healthy lifestyle and the precious years of youth. A clear, vibrant complexion (like you have your own personal spotlight!) was also a huge trend on the spring/summer catwalks. That gorgeous fresh-faced look can be extra hard to mimic when it's cold outside, Revlon’s global artistic director Gucci Westman will help you with some tips on how to create that heavenly glow.
Gucci Westman’s Glow-Getting Secrets

1. Exfoliate Your Skin!
A polished surface always reflects more light (and glow!) than a flaky complexion. "For your skin to be dewy, it needs to be smooth. I recommend daily exfoliation," advises Gucci, who uses Eminence Strawberry Rhubarb Dermafoliant on herself. "Look at men! They exfoliate and shave every day, and their skin glows!" Be sure you don't use an exfoliator that’s too harsh, as too much scrubbing can unbalance your skin’s natural oils. It's also essential to hydrate your body. We often forget to drink water in the wintertime, and overdosing on hot tea or coffee can zap your skin of moisture. "I drink coconut water from Harmless Harvest or Organic Avenue,” reveals Gucci. “The Harmless Harvest one is so fresh the coconut water actually looks pink!”

2. Use a primer
A primer will make your pores look smaller, fill in fine lines, and smooth rough textures. Once you’ve perfected your base you can layer on products that will give you an extra glow, such as a highlighter. “If you prep your skin with a tinted primer, you may not even need to put on foundation,” says Gucci.

3. Add a highlight
When a model struts onto the catwalk at a fashion show, you can't help but notice her high cheekbones and radiant complexion. Makeup artists use a myriad of products backstage to achieve this striking effect, such as applying Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream for extra shine. “I like to use Egyptian Magic on the cheekbones to make skin look dewier,” says Gucci. These translucent creams apply shine without any color or shimmer, and blend seamlessly into the skin. Lighten up on the translucent powder and thick foundation if you like this dewy look, and swipe a luminizing cream or highlighter on top of your makeup to accentuate the areas where light hits your face.
