Valentine's treat: chocolate cupcakes decorated with a Guylian Praliné Heart

These beautiful chocolate cupcakes are wonderfully chocolaty and are decorated with a Guylian ‘I love you’ praliné heart.
Ingredients: 250g self-raising flour, 250g butter or margarine, 250g sugar, 4 eggs, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, Guylian praliné hearts
Method:
1. Preheat the oven (180°C) and grease a muffin tray
2. Beat eggs and sugar for 5 minutes light and foamy
3. Melt the butter at low heat and add to the egg-sugar mixture
4. Sift in the flour and cocoa powder
5. Spoon evenly into tray
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes (180°C)
7. Leave to cool for 5 minutes before removing from the tray
8. Wait until completely cool before decorating with icing sugar and Guylian chocolate hearts. Use a lick of chocolate spread to fix the heart on top of the cupcake
