Galaxy delight

ing: enough cake to layer a rectangular or circular dish
two tins of cream (155 gms.) [ppl. living in Bahrain would know it as "qishta"]
1 tablespoon butter
4 galaxies (or u can use any other plain chocolate)
2 sachets of dream whip
3 sachets cream caramel (powder only not the caramel)
1/2 glass of chocolate milk or u can use juice or even plain milk

method: crumble the cake and layer a dish with it. press with hand so it forms a uniform layer. pour the milk evenly so the cake soaks...don't pour much milk otherwise it'll become soggy. make dream whip and add cream caramel in it. mix thoroughly. add one tin of qishta or 155 gms. cream. mix again and layer the cake with this mixture. refrigerate for half an hour. in a double boiler melt the butter and add chocolate pieces in it. I used a pot of water on which I had put a steel bowl to melt the chocolate. you can even use chocolate with nuts so it has a crunchy taste. add the 2nd tin of qishta or again 155 gms. of cream in the melted chocolate and mix thoroughly. pour this mixture evenly on the cream caramel mixture, it should cover the whole dish. refrigerate again and serve cold. I would love to do this the next time i'am in the mood of making a yummy dessert.
