Spotlight On: Caron Perfumes

Caron began as a love affair with perfume. It was created in 1904 by Ernest Daltroff, who was inspired by his mother's putting on perfume before the opera. He vowed to create a perfume that would last many hours without being overpowering. The French perfume house has produced fragrances ever since, for both men and women, and also makes a line of almost pure essences from which the eau de toilettes are derived. Each bottle is designed to be as elegant as the perfume inside.
In addition to perfume, Caron has also created a line of powders for both the face and body. Each powder has a stunning, distinct scent and is based on minerals, so a base foundation isn't needed to create a flawless finish and dewy glow.
The latest in the line of perfumes, Délire de Roses, is a beautiful scent that smells faintly of roses, jasmine, and lily of the valley. It is intricate, delicate, and oh so feminine. We love these perfumes for their almost transparent smell that lingers on your skin so people catch the perfect amount of scent as you walk past.
